    Gluten free recipe is my mothers specialty and sometimes I feel like my body's nutritional needs lacks some nutrient, but my mistake, it is really out my hand I can consider it to be more healthy than it looks like. Then my mother told me that I have a zinc deficiency and that is the reason why she always cook foods rich in zinc.
