Wow now that was a challenge! Had been working out to Rosalie Brown's Fitness Club 29 minute video. But decided it was time to step it up so here is the workout I did on the Total Gym today...If you have not done this workout you should works your entire body and you get your cardio in.
If you don't have one you need one. This is a great Item that will give you an awesome workout and you won't be killing your knees or back. Cannot praise this item enough.
