15 minute workout on my total gym each morning. Now I am not a morning person but I figured if I want to lose weight I am going to have to get going.
I ensure I make 11000 steps a day on my fitness tracker.
I am using Nutrisystem which I get through the link below. And in the evening while watching TV I work out using a Cross Trainer for 30 Minutes.
And as of today day 5 4 lbs are gone. Loving it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
